Problems before installing Vulcan: Irrigation hoses became clogged over time, resulting in high replacement costs, excessive labor use and a lot of time spent on replacements or repairs. These obstructions led to interruptions in irrigation or the supply of nutrients to plants, which could result in a decrease in plantation productivity.

Why did Finca Sa Cadernera choose Vulcan?
The Vulcan system is an electronic antical treatment developed in Germany by the company Christiani Wassertechnik GmbH, with more than 40 years of experience and presence in over 70 countries. Unlike other traditional systems that require the use of salt or chemicals, Vulcan transforms the structure of lime crystals by high-frequency (30,000Hz) electronic pulses, preventing them from sticking to pipes, sprinklers or even to the leaves of plants.
Thanks to its second effect, Vulcan dissolves old lime deposits throughout the installation, up to a distance of 2 km. This eliminates blockages and eliminates the need to replace pipe sections.

This system is 100% ecological, requires no technical maintenance, does not use chemicals or magnetism, which makes it an ideal choice for our work philosophy: maximum respect for the environment and minimum impact on the ecosystem.

Results after installing Vulcan:

Thanks to the addition of Vulcan, obstructions in the irrigation system were eliminated without the need for chemicals.
Since its installation, it was possible to fertilize the plants more effectively and strengthen their roots. An increase in the use of both fertilizers and water was observed.
Vulcan allows plants to better assimilate essential minerals in water such as calcium and magnesium. This has resulted in a reduction of between 30% and 50% in the use of fertilisers.
Vulcan also removes the biofilm, so bacteria and algae can no longer form coatings on nozzles or obstruct water flow.
